Hosted by Family Services of America | Ages 12-17
Join us this summer for an empowering and engaging health skills session designed just for YOU! As part of our Summer Skills Building Program, this special workshop led by a licensed nurse will teach you everything you need to know to take charge of your health, feel confident, and stay strong—inside and out.
What You’ll Learn:
- 💧 Personal Hygiene 101: Simple daily routines to keep your body clean, fresh, and healthy
- 🛡️ Disease Defense: How to protect yourself from common infections and illnesses
- 🧠 Body Basics: Understand how your body works and why taking care of it matters
- 💬 Real Talk: Ask your questions in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space
